What's included in the free trial?

Your 30-day free trial of Big Response includes everything you need to get started with email marketing, including:

Tools to create, send and track your email campaigns
Unlimited free phone and email support
Add as many subscribers to your list as you like during the free trial

The only restriction during the trial is that you can't send more than 100 emails. You can of course upgrade to a paid plan at any time to remove this restriction.

Is there a contract to sign?

Absolutely not. Big Response is a month-by-month, "pay as you go" service and you can cancel at any time. There are no contracts to sign. You are however obligated to operate under our terms of use policy.

What if I want to stop using Big Response?

That's fine. Big Response bills on a monthly basis so all you have to do is contact us and we'll disable your account for you. There are no cancellation fees or hidden charges.

Are there any other fees besides the monthly fee?

Absolutely not. The prices you see on our pricing page are the only fees you pay to use Big Response.

How can I signup without using the free trial?

All accounts must first be created by signing up for the free trial. Once you receive a login you can add your billing information and switch to a paid plan right away.

Do you offer a money back guarantee?

Big Response offers a 30-day free trial which allows you to get familar with our system before you choose one of our billing plans. We bill on a month-to-month basis so you can cancel at any time.

How is the monthly fee determined?

The monthly fee is determined by the number of emails you send. Please see our pricing page for more information.

What happens if I want to send more emails?

If you need to send more emails than your current plan allows you can upgrade at any time simply by visiting our pricing page.

Is my credit card billed straight away?

You don't need a credit card for our 30-day free trial. Once your trial has expired you will be invited to choose one of our paid plans, at which time your credit card will be billed for your first months usage fees.

Are my email messages and subscriber list safe?

Yes they are. Your data is stored on industry-standard data servers housed with some of world's largest and most reliable ISP's. Whenever we ask for sensitive information (such as credit card details) we use 128-bit secure sockets layer (SSL) technology to protect your data. This is the strongest, most trusted form of security for web sites available today.

Can I take my subscriber email list with me if I want to cancel?

Absolutely. It's easy to export your email subscriber list into a text file which you can import into other applications. If you'd like to cancel you also have the option to delete all data related to your account including your email list, email messages and statistics.

Will you send Big Response promotions to my email list?

Absolutely not. We will never, ever send any emails to your email list. The only emails people on your email list will receive are the ones you send them using the Big Response system.
