Although Big Response includes professionally designed email templates, we understand that you might want an email template custom designed specifically for you.

Our team of in-house designers can create a visually stunning email template containing your companies logo, colour scheme and branding - and then import the email template into Big Response for you, so all you have to do is type-in your content and click send!

A custom email template costs $1,495 (inc. GST) and includes 2 revisions, meaning that once you tell us how you want your email template to look, we'll design it for you. If you're not happy with anything you have 2 "rounds of revision", during which time we can modify the email template to your exact liking.

To purchase your own custom email template, follow these easy steps:

1. Signup for a Big Response trial or paid account.

2. Fill out the custom email template form.

3. Pay for your custom email template ($1,495 inc. GST).

4. We receive your custom email template form, create the first revision of your email template and send it to you via email for your comments and changes.

5. We implement any changes you request and re-send the email template for approval.

6. When you're happy with your new email template we'll import it into your Big Response account and you can create your first email campaign!

General turn-around time from when you submit your custom email template form to when you receive the first revision of your email template is 5 working days, however this may vary depending on demand.
