Send Personalised Email Messages

One of the best ways to make sure your email is read by as many subscribers as possible is to include their name in the subject line of your email. Consider the two sample emails below. Assuming your first name is Michael, which would you rather receive?

Dear Subscriber,

This week we are having a clearance sale on all mens t-shirts, pants and socks. Did you can save up to 25% off...

... or:

Dear Michael,

This week we are having a clearance sale on all mens t-shirts, pants and socks. Michael, did you know you can save up to 25% off...
